Position Overview
The role is a hands-on Project Manager in Civil Engineering responsible for complex infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments.
Own the project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through handover.
Manage site teams and engineering contractors while controlling QA/QC, HSE, schedules, budgets, and commercial deliverables.
Project Planning and Delivery
- Define execution strategy, baseline schedules, resource requirements, and work breakdown structures using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Direct day-to-day on-site civil operations and coordinate subcontractors, labor forces, plant, machinery, and material deliveries.
- Lead progress reviews and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP integration to resolve design discrepancies.
Cost, Contract and Commercial Management
- Maintain accountability for project P&L, cash flow, variance analysis, and earned value metrics against budget.
- Administer FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke EPC construction contracts.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor variations, claims, disputes, scope changes, and monthly progress billings.
- Identify commercial and schedule risks and formulate mitigation and acceleration strategies.
