Location and Schedule

- The manager must be flexible to handle client meetings and internal stakeholders.
Role Summary
Lead large-scale IT infrastructure engagements with strong technical, executive client management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
The role includes team leadership and management of NOC and SOC operations.
Technology Skills
- Strong enterprise IT knowledge across EUC, networking, Windows, cloud, monitoring, and ITSM platforms is required.
- AI skills are an added advantage.
Program Delivery and Governance
- Lead infrastructure and network operations projects across networking, Windows, monitoring, and cloud.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitments.
- Drive governance meetings, service reviews, transitions, and operational excellence initiatives.
