Role Overview
Support and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and Linux-based production environments.
The role requires hands-on experience in Azure administration, Linux server management, CI/CD support, automation, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
Azure Cloud Support
- Provide L2 support for Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Backup services.
- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
Linux Administration
- Administer and support RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu Linux servers.
- Perform user management, patching, package management, performance tuning, and server hardening.
- Troubleshoot operating system, filesystem, networking, and application-related issues.
- Manage system logs and service availability.
DevOps and CI/CD Support
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Release Management.
