Role Overview
Project Manager responsible for strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives in a financial services environment.
The role manages medium to large-scale programmes covering business transformation, process optimization, regulatory initiatives, governance, implementation, and benefit realization.
Projects are expected to meet scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop future-state operating models, value stream maps, implementation plans, documentation, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery using project management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and BPR frameworks.
- Drive transformation and process improvement across multiple business units.
- Develop reports, business cases, proposals, presentations, stakeholder updates, and project KPIs.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and measure results against baseline metrics and benchmarks.
- Manage cross-functional regulatory, operational improvement, and strategic programmes.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Engage senior stakeholders and support governance, alignment, and operational excellence.
