Role Overview
Lead strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives within a financial services environment.
Manage medium to large-scale programmes and projects, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, implementation, and benefits realization.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop future-state operating models, value stream maps, implementation plans, documentation, timelines, and milestones.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery against scope, timelines, and budget.
- Apply project management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and BPR methodologies.
- Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives across multiple business units.
- Prepare project reports, business cases, proposals, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Define and manage KPIs and conduct post-implementation reviews against baseline metrics and benchmarks.
- Manage programmes involving regulatory compliance, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Engage senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
