Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate your multi-disciplinary project team of engineers, developers, and technicians to deliver the project. This role is technically focused, but its most valuable skills are interpersonal – supporting your team in doing great work.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, requirements matrices, estimates, and resource plans
• Drive internal teams to deliver the project to customers on schedule and within scope
• Regularly prepare and present reports on project progress to key internal & external stakeholders
• Anticipate project challenges early and proactively devise risk mitigation strategies
• Evaluate project deliverable changes, and determine their impact on related and interdependent tasks & projects
• Perform analysis of schedule, regarding resources, deliveries, budgets, and task completion.
• Focus efforts on being present with your team, solving problems, getting designs finished, built, and functioning successfully
