Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for independently leading the successful, on-time launch of new or improved products, ensuring objectives for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Function, and Scope are met.
Responsible for high complexity projects ($5 Mil – $150 Mil), they manage the full project lifecycle from design and development through stable mass production.
Collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams, the Project Manager drives project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, schedule management, and stakeholder alignment.
They oversee product/process change notices, track and resolve open issues, and implement best practices to ensure efficient and effective launches.
The role may include supervising a small team of Project Coordinator(s).

- Project Planning & Execution: Manages planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and risk for high-complexity projects. Ensures progress, budget, and deliverables align with project goals, escalating issues as needed to meet scope, quality, and cost targets.
