Role Overview
Lead payments and banking product initiatives for Unity Infotech.
Collaborate across business, compliance, and technology teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- 6–10 years of project management experience in banking, fintech, or IT services.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, including cards, SWIFT, ACH, and real-time payments.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the GCC region.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and with international clients.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution for payments and banking product implementations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to translate functional needs into actionable plans.
- Manage stakeholder communication across clients, compliance, and technology functions.
