Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our federal client onsite in Ashburn, VA.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience leading day-to-day project execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved while effectively coordinating resources and tracking progress across project activities.
This individual will excel at identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining project management deliverables, and providing reliable support to help drive successful project outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Managing daily project activities.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinating project resources and track progress.
- Managing risks and oversee project management deliverables.
- Supporting the Program Manager to drive successful project outcomes.
- Performing additional duties as assigned in support of evolving contract requirements and client needs.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Seven or more years of federal project management experience
- Experience managing technical resources and project controls
- Must have the ability to obtain the client’s Public Trust clearance
- A proficiency in utilizing MS Office products
- Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A highly motivated self-starter
- Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP certification
- FAC-P/PM Level II certification
- Experience supporting federal IT organizations
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and organizational objectives
- Proven ability to develop, track, and report on performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
