Role Overview
Project Manager specialized in aluminum works, responsible for leading major aluminum projects with technical oversight.
The role covers aluminum-related construction, facades, installations, fabrication, and management of multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aluminum projects from planning through handover.
- Supervise site operations, installation activities, and project progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Resolve technical issues involving aluminum systems, facades, curtain walls, cladding, and fabrication.
- Manage material delivery timelines and proper execution of installation works.
- Drive project teams to achieve milestones within time and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in aluminum construction, facades, installations, and fabrication.
- Strong expertise in curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, structural glazing, and related aluminum systems.
- Proven track record managing large and complex aluminum projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 7,374.23 to AED 20,050.64 per month.
