Ashbilia Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager specializing in aluminum works.
The role covers commercial activities for construction, façades, installations, and fabrication projects.
The position leads pricing, tendering, cost analysis, and client negotiations for medium and large-scale aluminum projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial operations for aluminum projects covering construction, façades, installations, and fabrication.
- Prepare, review, and submit tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct cost analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments.
- Review contracts, scopes of work, and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to maintain commercial alignment.
- Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial performance.
- Prepare periodic commercial reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of commercial management experience in aluminum, façades, and construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and fabrication processes.
- Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.

Compensation
