Job Brief
The role coordinates Agility’s KSA opportunity pipeline across its global portfolio.
The position connects government engagements with operational execution and provides leadership with data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel.
- Monitor project status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies across regional projects.
- Track engagements with key KSA entities, document next actions, and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards for the executive team.
- Follow up with operating companies to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met.
- Identify delays, resource bottlenecks, and strategic risks before they affect delivery.
- Maintain continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably in a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector.
- Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and Vision 2030 framework.
