Role overview
Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for its Aerospace and Defense Business Area.
The role leads planning and execution for technological products involving hardware and/or software development.
The position reports to the Engineering Manager, Aerospace and Defense Engineering.
The position can be based in Calgary, Alberta.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and/or software development projects across schedule, scope, cost, and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional development teams.
- Monitor and communicate project issues, risks, changes, and status.
- Oversee approvals and ensure project information is shared promptly.
- Foster collaboration, address team concerns, and manage conflict.
- Prepare regular project status and dashboard updates.
Must-have qualifications
- Experience with digital hardware, embedded firmware, or software development and/or testing.
- At least three years of combined product development and project management experience.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
