Role Overview
Lead a team of engineers developing GNSS technologies and embedded software platforms.
Provide functional management and technical leadership while driving the OEM software platform roadmap.
Work across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Applied Research in a high-tech environment.

Leadership and Roadmap
- Provide functional management and technical leadership of the team.
- Drive the OEM software platform roadmap and foster initiative, innovation, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, communicate, and execute plans efficiently with team buy-in.
- Monitor embedded industry technology developments and anticipate required actions.
Team Development
- Build team skills through personal development, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge transfer.
- Organize internal and external education and training opportunities.
- Provide frequent performance feedback, coaching, and career development support.
