Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project charters, plans, schedules, and resource allocations in accordance with ADEK’s PMO methodologies
- Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage end to end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Track progress using ADEK’s approved project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PMO365, Azure DevOps)
- Ensure projects comply with ADEK’s governance, change control, and reporting standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, risk registers, and issue logs
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and variances; develop and implement mitigation plans
- Provide regular project updates to PMO, Steering Committees, and Executive Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business owners, technical teams, and vendors
- Facilitate effective communication and decision making across internal divisions
- Support contract and procurement alignment
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, documented, and managed throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in IT or digital transformation environments
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in complex organizational settings
- Exposure to both agile and waterfall methodologies, including hybrid project delivery models
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile Project Management certification required
- Familiarity with MS Project, Azure DevOps, PMO365, or equivalent project management tools

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in IT or digital transformation environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in complex organizational settings.
- Exposure to both agile and waterfall methodologies, including hybrid project delivery models.
- Experience in government or education sector projects is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile Project Management certification required.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Azure DevOps, PMO365, or equivalent project management tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 2000 and COBIT frameworks preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proactive risk management and decision making under pressure.
