Responsibilities
- Attend executive meetings and accurately capture technical discussions, decisions, and action items
- Translate executive instructions and technical notes into clear, concise, and professional memoranda, briefing notes, reports, and email correspondence
- Draft, review, and edit executive communications while maintaining a high standard of grammar, style, and professionalism
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, logistics, and follow up
- Manage executive travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics
- Liaise professionally with government entities, partners, customers, and other external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Maintain action trackers for executive meetings and strategic initiatives
- Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned actions and deliverables
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing packs, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation
- Organize and maintain executive records and documentation in a structured and confidential manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at C suite level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into clear business communications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable

Position Overview
- The Coordinator provides high level administrative, communication, and coordination support to a C level executive.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at C suite level.
- Experience working in a corporate, government, consulting, engineering, technology, or similarly fast paced environment is highly desirable.
