Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for building and road construction projects
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage expediting activities to avoid delays
- Monitor site progress, lead inspections, enforce quality and safety standards
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients
- Manage subcontractors and resolve technical and operational issues
- Ensure projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in building and/or road works within the GCC or similar markets
- Strong project execution capabilities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor activities
- Knowledge of Logistics Management
- Inspection experience to oversee site work and ensure quality and safety standards
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Project Manager role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The Project Manager oversees end to end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for building and road construction projects.
- Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and managing expediting activities to avoid delays.
- The Project Manager monitors site progress, leads inspections, enforces quality and safety standards, and prepares regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
- The role also involves managing subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues, and ensuring projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong project execution capabilities, including Project Management skills for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor activities to track, follow up, and accelerate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate transport, site deliveries, and inventory in line with project timelines.
- Inspection experience to oversee site work, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in building and/or road works within the GCC or similar markets.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with the ability to enforce site safety procedures.
