Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or closely related field
- Experience working on high rise building projects in the UAE with familiarity with local regulations and standards preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, and MS Office
- Strong foundation in Architecture and applied knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction practices

- Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction is a Grade 1 building construction and road contracting company operating across the UAE, with active projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai, and Ajman.
Role Description
- The Architectural Engineer will work on site in Dubai on a full time basis, supporting the planning, design, coordination, and execution of High Rise building projects.
Daily Responsibilities
- Reviewing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local codes and project specifications
- Coordinating with structural, civil, and MEP teams to resolve design and site issues
- Conducting site inspections, verifying work against approved drawings
- Providing technical guidance to construction teams and subcontractors
- Assisting in preparing and reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitoring progress, quality, and safety standards
- Collaborating with project managers, consultants, and clients to address design changes, support value engineering
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture, with ability to interpret and develop architectural drawings, details, and specifications
- Applied knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction practices
- Proven Project Management capabilities
- Demonstrated Teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or closely related field
- Experience working on high rise building projects in the UAE with familiarity with local regulations and standards preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, and MS Office
