Role Overview
Project Manager responsible for leading client marketing projects and campaigns from planning through final launch.
The role connects clients with internal teams and ensures deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
A strong marketing background is required to understand client strategies and manage execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of client marketing projects and build plans covering timelines, resources, and Scopes of Work.
- Act as the primary client contact, provide progress updates, manage expectations, and align outputs with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, and Account Management teams to direct work and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor budgets, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to keep operations on schedule.
- Prepare performance reports and conduct post-project evaluations covering metrics, successes, and lessons learned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is mandatory.
- Proven professional experience in project management is required.
- Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is strongly preferred.
