Role Overview
Quest is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Control Coordinator to serve as an operational anchor for the team.
The role connects client requests with internal execution by organizing briefs, feedback, and tasks into clear actionable steps for creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive daily tasks, briefs, revisions, and requests directly from clients or Account Managers.
- Check incoming requests for necessary details, assets, and clear deadlines before passing them to the execution team.
- Input, categorize, and assign tasks to designers, copywriters, and marketers using ClickUp.
- Maintain the project-management board daily and update task statuses, priorities, and deadlines.
- Assist the Project Manager with workflow progress tracking and bottleneck identification.
- Ensure the team has the information needed to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Traffic Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar operational role is required.
- Marketing or advertising agency experience is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with project-management and task-tracking software, specifically ClickUp, is required.
- Strong organizational, time-management, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
