Project Manager

5+ years of experience within project management and/or business analysis roles, demonstrating a progressive increase in responsibilities throughout the candidate’s tenure;

Undergraduate degree or diploma in technology, business or a related discipline;

Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements;

Advanced familiarity with the management of risks, issues, schedule, scope, resources, budget, quality, changes, dependencies and actions associated with projects;

Strong organizational, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to express concepts learned from others in a concise and organized manner.;

The ability to advocate for a solution using critical thinking to understand the broader impact of challenges and risks and determine options to mitigate them;

Experience working with internal and external technology or engineering to assess and implement complex systems/solutions;

Direct experience using project management and business analysis collaborative tools;

The ability to author project documentation, including: Process / business flow diagrams; Use cases; Business requirement documents; Business case / cost-benefit analyses; Standard operating procedure / work instructions; Project Intake documents; Statement of work documents; User Acceptance Test artefacts.
