Savvee Inc. is seeking a part-time, driven Project Manager to support our federal client in a hybrid environment located in Washington, DC.
The candidate will lead all contractor operations as the single point of accountability, managing FOIA and Privacy Act support for the client while ensuring full compliance with policies.
The ideal candidate will drive team performance, support appeals, manage security access, provide crisp updates, and confidently represent the contractor during audits and reviews.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serving as the single point of accountability for all contractor work.
- Managing FOIA and Privacy support services for the client.
- Overseeing compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, DHS, and client policies.
- Managing staffing, workloads, and performance across all analysts and team leads.
- Ensuring FOIA cases meet timeliness, completeness, and quality standards.
- Overseeing FOIA appeals and litigation support.
- Coordinating telework, security compliance, and system access.
- Delivering bi‑monthly progress reports and quarterly status meetings.
- Managing post‑award startup and project planning activities.
- Acting as contractor authority during audits, reviews, and incident response.
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Three or more years of program management experience AND two or more years of experience reviewing or processing business intelligence on applicants, employees, or contractors OR
- Eight or more years of general office experience AND three or more years of program management experience AND two or more years of experience reviewing or processing business intelligence on applicants, employees, or contractors (in lieu of education requirement)
- PMP or equivalent program management certification
- FOIA and/or Privacy Act training
- Ability to access Sensitive but Unclassified information, PII, and SPII
- Completion of DHS IT Security and Privacy training
- Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability
- Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and hands-on experience applying AI solutions
