- Manage day to day project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and third party vendors
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Support requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution discussions
- Monitor project scope and manage change requests when required
- Ensure proper communication and alignment across all project stakeholders
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support UAT activities and coordinate production releases
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress reports for management and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong problem solving and organizational abilities

- Experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, or Health Information Systems is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Digital Health, Hospital Systems, Insurance, or Healthcare Integration projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as NPHIES, or similar healthcare platforms.
- Knowledge of PMO processes and project governance.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
