Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from initiation through closure.
- Prepare work plans and schedules and monitor execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Track budgets and costs and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Manage vendors and contractors and ensure contractual compliance.
- Monitor progress, risks, challenges, delays, and corrective actions.
- Prepare project status, completion, documentation, report, and proposal materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, company policies, and health and safety requirements.
- Track scope changes and manage their impact on time and cost.
- Conduct project meetings and follow up on decisions and required actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of practical project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects and overseeing teams and vendors.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar project management tools.
- PMP certification or a related professional certification is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
