Project Management Office Manager

Description: ​ A Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager is responsible for the delivery of Novel’s projects including but not limited to, internal/external projects, orchestrating work orders as handed over from the sales and commercial team, covering customer’s inquiries, and coordinating across multiple functions to ensure successful project management across MENA. PMOI manager will be working closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials & Logistics and Services teams. Project deliveries are expected to be as per Novel’s HSE, Quality and Financial standards with no deviations from the PMO framework. Essential Responsibilities: Working through the project life cycle including Planning, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics etc. The candidate will develop a detailed understanding of Novel’s growth strategies, current and future nonmetallic products. The candidate will drive execution across the business functions to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of jobs.

Establishing the PMO as a function for Novel Lead customer kick-off meetings, project status meetings, site visits, customer job reviews and customer job audits Translating customer needs/requirements into detailed job plans shared with company.

Drive flawless execution to job deliverables across the business functions.

Delivering projects on-time and on-budget Building positive long-term relationships which regional customers which helps to capture market share.

Promote a risk management mind-set, identify and eliminate job risk.

Understanding customer contracts and executing within contract parameters while mitigating risk Focus on driving financial performance e.g.

Cash collection and profit Margin.

Fluent English speaking.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college 5 - 10 years of experience in Job/Project Management - Functional Management Strong experience in Oil & Gas
