Field Service Engineer

Description As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site / property.

These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.

Maintenance includes: all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities, and field services engineering.

included (but are not limited to)

• Handling onsite life extensions, repairs, and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets.
• Supervising for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment.
• Managing machining, blading, winding, waging , generator diagnostics, and should be able to make Engineering decisions.
• Working together with people from the business unit.
• Supervising those contacts who are under guidance and / or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
• Handling standardized project processes and understanding the guidelines for choosing the right actions.
• Handling targeted clients, by working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Required Qualifications ​
• Have a bachelor’s diploma from an accredited college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in field services).
• Be proficient with oral and written communication skills.
• Show good interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work individually and solid problem-solving skills.
