To optimize/define new process and methods to drive project management

Analyze data on process performance, identify causes of inefficiencies, adopt solutions to continuously improve

Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement process changes

To use digital tools, including AI tools, to secure the best possible solutions in the least possible time.

Ensure processes established are followed in business execution by conducting audits and/or joining established internal forums
