Salary

• Salary is SAR 9,000–12,000 per month, with possible adjustment based on experience.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety patrols, identify hazards, verify project HSE compliance, and supervise high-risk activities.
• Maintain safety files, inspection records, incident reports, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, the PMC, and authorities during audits and inspections.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, lifting plans, and controls for welding, erection, work at height, and heavy equipment.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and HSE awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support sourcing of materials for workshop and site safety operations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HSE experience in steel structure, fabrication, or civil construction sites in the Middle East.
• Native-level English is required, while Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or an equivalent safety qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Saudi HSE laws, regulations, and compliance procedures is required.
• Strong execution, leadership, and coordination skills are required.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
