Responsibilities
- Monitor and expedite purchase orders from order placement until final delivery
- Follow up with suppliers regarding manufacturing progress, production schedules, and shipment dates
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project teams
- Track project milestones and ensure materials are delivered according to the project schedule
- Prepare and maintain expediting reports, material tracking reports, and delivery status updates
- Arrange supplier visits and conduct expediting meetings when required
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection schedules and ensure timely inspection clearance
- Work closely with logistics providers to monitor shipments and customs clearance
- Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions to minimize project risks
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, inspection reports, shipping documents, and delivery records
- Update ERP or project management systems with current delivery and expediting status
- Support project close out activities by ensuring all material documentation is complete

- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- 0 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with more than 2 years should not apply)
