Role Overview
The Director of Project Engineering Management will lead a team of project engineering managers delivering Mixed-Signal IP and semiconductor development projects.
The role is responsible for portfolio execution, risk visibility, customer confidence, resource alignment, and project management culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor project engineering managers delivering projects on scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Track portfolio performance, identify risks and trends, and guide corrective action before issues escalate.
- Communicate status, risks, and customer escalations to senior management.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management.
- Drive project management process innovation, consistency, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.
- Support high-stakes customer interactions and represent project execution when senior engagement is required.
