Role Overview
Serve as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity within Process Automation's Energy Industries division.
Complete engineering assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects and apply design-for-excellence concepts.
Work Model
- The work model is hybrid, based in Bangalore, India.
- The role requires national and international travel of up to 70%.
Engineering Delivery
- Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures.
- Handle testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare project documentation and engineering proposals, including bills of materials and estimated hours.
- Create work plans and cost estimates and ensure timely, cost-effective, quality deliverables.
Power Management and Project Controls
- Complete Power Management System risk and opportunity assessments and implement resulting actions.
- Support contract change management by assessing scope, cost, schedule, and risk impacts.
- Report contract, quality, program, and cost issues with recommendations for resolution.
