Job Description
The Project Engineer provides technical project coordination and leadership within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The role supports project objectives, timely technical deliverables, and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and technical objectives for project execution and solution development.
- Coordinate systems, hardware, and software engineering activities to achieve milestones on schedule and within scope.
- Track technical deliverables across the program lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication among engineering teams, project leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
- Support resource utilization, workload prioritization, and schedule development.
- Maintain technical documentation and project records for accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
- Monitor progress, identify technical risks, and help resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams on product build, integration, and delivery.
- Participate in technical reviews and customer discussions.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and execution practices.
Essential Skills
- At least 5 years of experience planning and coordinating engineering projects.
