About the Opportunity
Support health, safety, environmental, and facilities management activities within a manufacturing environment.
The role is approximately 50% HSE and 50% facilities, with a slight emphasis on facilities operations.
Promote safety culture, regulatory compliance, facility operations, sustainability, and operational improvement.
Health, Safety & Environmental Management
- Advise managers and employees on safe work practices and conduct workplace risk assessments.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits for regulatory, standards, and policy compliance.
- Coordinate safety training for employees and contractors.
- Respond to incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures, and safety documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen safety culture and continuous improvement.
Facilities Management
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate contractors, service providers, and vendors.
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance, improvement, and efficiency opportunities.
