Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc., a Kajima company, is a Hawaii-based company with roots dating back to 1902 when Walter Dillingham obtained a contract to dredge a channel into Pearl Harbor. Since that first dredging project, Hawaiian Dredging has evolved into a leader in the construction industry with projects ranging from the building of residential and military housing, major shopping centers, hotels, resorts, condominiums, office buildings and parking structures to highways, military facilities, industrial projects and renovation and repair work in Hawaii. Hawaiian Dredging has developed some of the finest construction professionals in Hawaii. PROJECT ENGINEER - MAUI - BUILDING DIVISION (Regular Full Time)

With a portfolio that includes many of Hawaiis most iconic buildings and infrastructure projects, HDCC performs across the spectrum of hospitality, retail/entertainment, commercial, residential, healthcare, educational, and infrastructure projects.

The Project Engineer collaborates across all phases of project execution, supporting key aspects of Project Management including project administration, self-performed work, cost management, contracts, estimating, subcontractor and vendor coordination, quality control, and safety management.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with contract requirements and company standards.
