GUAM - ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER (Regular Full Time) Location: HDCC Guam LLC
The Environmental Manager implements environmental key concepts and maintains documentation to complete all environmental reporting in a timely manner and ensures ongoing environmental compliance.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and manage Hazardous Waste Program requirements.
Implement Environmental Protection Plan (EPP)
Obtain environmental permits.
Ensure Storm Water Program is enforced.
Ensure Contractor personnel are trained in 40 CFR accordance with their position.
Conduct environmental protection/pollution control meetings for personnel prior to commencing construction activities.
Maintain the Environmental Records Binder, Employee Training Records and required documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational safety or related discipline
- 3-5 years experience demonstrating knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.
- Familiarization with statutory and contractual pollution standards.
- Recognition and protection of archaeological sites, artifacts, waters of the US, and endangered species and their habitat in the area.
- Able to identify anticipated hazardous or toxic chemicals or wastes, other regulated contaminants.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; be computer literate and capable of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
