- Estimating & Budget Support Collaborate with the Estimating department to prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses. Continuously monitor project costs and expenditures, providing real-time feedback to the Senior Project Manager. Support the development and maintenance of cost control systems to track and manage variances.

- Project Coordination & Planning Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing project strategies, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Field Operations) to gather input and align project goals. Support subcontractor selection and coordination, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

- Scheduling & Timeline Management Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software. Monitor project milestones, proactively identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation actions to the Senior Project Manager. Ensure timely updates of project deliverables to all relevant stakeholders.
