Job Summary
Assist in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of interior fit-out projects at site.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to meet drawings, specifications, quality, timeline, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day site execution and project coordination.
- Review civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, site availability, measurements, quantities, and site reports.
- Conduct inspections, identify execution issues, and support technical issue resolution.
- Maintain progress reports, checklists, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, design, QS, and MEP teams.
- Ensure safety and EHS compliance and support the Project Manager with deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on relevant experience.
- The role requires 0–4 years of relevant project execution or site engineering experience.
