Role Overview
Padam Interior is hiring a NICMAR fresher for its Estimation and Tendering team.
The role supports cost estimates and commercial proposals for commercial interior fit-out projects.
This is an entry-level opportunity in interior fit-out estimation and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, tender proposals, project-wise costing, and tender submissions.
- Study BOQs, tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Perform quantity take-offs and rate analysis for materials, labour, and subcontract work.
- Coordinate with Procurement, vendors, subcontractors, Design, Projects, QS, and MEP teams.
- Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and variations.
- Maintain rate databases, estimation records, trackers, MIS, and tender documentation.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization.
Qualifications and Experience
- NICMAR qualification is mandatory, with candidates from NICMAR only.
- A PG Diploma, MBA, or postgraduate qualification in a relevant construction, quantity surveying, project management, or real estate discipline from NICMAR is required.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are eligible.
