- Perform design reviews of design packages, providing constructability insights.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and as built drawings across multiple trades.
- Supervise and inspect electrical work, monitoring project progress.
- Perform QA/QC inspections and issue periodic quality reports.
- Respond to contractor requests for inspections and technical queries.
- Coordinate and resolve electrical design issues during construction.
- Lead commissioning, startup, and adjustments of electrical systems.
- Maintain comprehensive records and daily updates to project track sheet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in verifying design against construction, QA/QC, material specification, Electrical Systems commissioning
- Proficient in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP)
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Overview
- Eram Talent seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for design reviews, material installation, site supervision, and quality inspections for electrical components of major building rectification and upgrade programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform design reviews of design packages, providing constructability insights.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings and as built drawings across multiple trades.
- Supervise and inspect electrical work, monitoring project progress.
- Perform QA/QC inspections to identify nonconforming work.
- Respond to contractor requests for inspections, technical queries, and site clarifications.
- Verify quantities and work progress for accuracy.
- Coordinate and resolve electrical design issues during construction.
- Support technical decision making on electrical systems.
- Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
- Lead commissioning, startup, and adjustments of electrical systems.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to code violations.
- Document deficiencies and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in verifying design against construction, QA/QC, material specification, Electrical Systems commissioning.
- Proficient in electrical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP).
