- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of workmanship
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings
