Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Project Engineer – Tendering
to manage tender preparation, estimation, and bid submissions for engineering / construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and technical proposal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review
- tender documents, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements for tender submissions
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing and technical inputs
- Prepare
- technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure timely submission of bids and tender documentation
- Support project handover to execution teams post-award
- Maintain records of tender submissions, costs, and revisions
Required Skills
- Experience in
- tendering, estimation, and project engineering
- Strong knowledge of
- BOQ, costing, and contract documentation
- Proficiency in
- AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation tools
- Good understanding of engineering / construction drawings
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Background
- Candidates from
- construction, interior fit-out, MEP, engineering, or infrastructure industry
