- Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software.
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, and organize while using effective time management skills.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position.
- Prior experience in directing and coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, as well as inspecting.
- Knowledge of preparing specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment. Supervising and training project team members as necessary.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The ability to travel with possible short-term relocation, as required.
- The ability to read blueprints.

- MarCon Eng salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week During a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
