Position Overview

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline approved by the User Representative is required.
• Passing the National Licensure Examination would be beneficial.
• Relevant experience from the date of qualification in building construction and maintenance is required.
• Candidates must know relevant international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Computer proficiency must include Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Required Skills

• AutoCAD software proficiency is required.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera proficiency is required.
• Building renovation skills and experience are required.
• Bill of Quantity preparation and cost estimation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform project engineering work related to building construction and maintenance.
• Support building renovation activities and related technical requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantity and cost estimates for project work.
• Use AutoCAD and project-management software to support project delivery.
• Apply relevant international engineering and construction codes and standards.
