Performing various administrative tasks throughout the course of projects
Acting as on-site liaison between field personnel and office support staff
Managing project documentation (certificates, waivers, warranties, bids, etc.)
Collaborating with general contractors, developers and property owners
Preparing and analyzing bid packages from contractors and subcontractors
Assisting with general labor force training, evaluations, and orientations
Evaluating site conditions to identify safety hazards and logistical challenges
Drafting, pricing, and processing change orders and potential scope changes
Attending post-project evaluations to identify “lessons learned” for the future
Proven Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager experience in excavation
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant during construction projects
Strong communication, analytical and computer skills (MS Office & Bluebeam)
Must be certified in both OSHA 10 and CPR & First Aid (will train, if necessary)
Must possess a Valid DL and be able to drive company vehicle(s), if needed
