Job Summary
Oversee and manage projects so they are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule.
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and project teams during execution.
Monitor progress, quality, risks, specifications, and stakeholder updates throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Review specifications, drawings, and contracts for compliance.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services for operations.
- Monitor progress, inspect quality, and mitigate risks or delays.
- Maintain reports, drawings, change orders, and RFIs.
- Assist with cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and inspections.
- Provide project status updates and address stakeholder concerns.
- Participate in meetings and provide technical expertise.
Knowledge and Skills
- Construction project management methodologies and techniques.
- Construction principles, techniques, and materials.
- Construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills for project execution challenges.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 8 years of working experience and 5 years of relevant experience.
- GCC experience is a plus.
- Professional MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
