Summary

Main Responsibilities

Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications

Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field

Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status

Assign responsibilities and support the project team

Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Collaborating with stakeholders about their needs and goals for the project

​What you'll need

A degree, HNC, or HND in an engineering discipline.

Chartered or working towards Chartership (CEng).

Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.

A solid understanding of PLCs.

Experience in a water distribution or similar industrial background.

A strong understanding of CDM 2015 and how it's applied to projects.

A strong understanding of the various NEC contracts and their application.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

A valid UK driving licence.

Compensation package

  • Up to £61,800 p.a. dependent on experience
