Project Documentation Specialist

Role Summary
The Project Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing customer and project documentation requirements from clarification through execution. This role works closely with internal departments, customers, and third-party suppliers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Create standard and project-specific documentation in coordination with relevant departments
- Clarify documentation requirements and ensure proper execution with internal stakeholders
- Support order processing through internal and external status reporting
- Assist with customer expediting related to order and project progress
- Prepare and maintain monthly progress reports and other project documentation
- Independently manage customer portals in line with documentation requirements
- Coordinate with IT for portal access, installation, and authorization requests
