Role overview
Project Director based in Yanbu/Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
Lead facilities management consultancy projects and advise clients on operations, assets, service quality, and long-term improvement.
Project leadership and delivery
- Direct FM consultancy projects against agreed scope, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop delivery plans, allocate resources, monitor milestones, manage risks, and report performance and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, SFG20, NFPA, the Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, CIBSE, and BICSc.
Clients and service providers
- Act as the senior contact for clients, FM service providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee provider compliance with contracts, service level agreements, and performance indicators.
- Lead performance evaluations, technical reviews, gap analyses, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Asset management and advisory
- Lead asset condition surveys and replacement planning, including technical specifications and tender documents.
- Support design reviews, installation inspections, testing and commissioning witnessing, and asset handover.
