- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance

- Champion innovation and best practices in project management methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management and construction management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a director level or senior leadership position
- Proven expertise in managing large scale, complex projects with budgets exceeding $10 million
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, or similar)
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in the UAE or Middle East region
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred

Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management and construction management.

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a detail oriented approach.
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies in construction environments.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in the UAE or Middle East region.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams.
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
