Requirements
- 20+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong contractor and PMC background with extensive project delivery experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the UAE
- Proven track record delivering large scale masterplan villa developments
- Experience overseeing multiple project packages and leading complex developments from a client facing perspective
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cash flow management, cost control, risk management, contracts, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams and senior project leadership personnel
- PMC experience is essential, with contractor side exposure highly preferred
- Strong client management and executive level stakeholder engagement skills

Position Overview
- We are currently representing a leading international PMC company in their search for a Project Director to join a major masterplan villa development project in Abu Dhabi.
- This is a post contract position on a large scale development, offering the opportunity to work with one of the region’s most well regarded project management consultancies.
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong contractor and PMC background with extensive project delivery experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the UAE
- Proven track record delivering large scale masterplan villa developments is essential
